I've never had an accident, what do I do?Here at Kar Kare, we assist you with every aspect of your auto claim. All you need to do is turn the claim into your agent or insurance company. If the accident was someone else's responsibility, turn the claim into the other party's insurance company. All the information should be on the accident information report. We will assist you with everything else.
How do I get a replacement vehicle? We make it easy and convenient!! Kar Kare will make your rental arrangements for you. The rental company will meet you here with a rental vehicle when you drop your car off for repairs. When your car is completed, simply drop your rental here. We have free loaners for those without rental coverage.
How long have you been in business? We have been family owned and operated for 44 years.
Will you guarantee repairs? Yes, we provide you with a written, lifetime warranty on our paint and workmanship.
What is the difference between Kar Kare Collision Center and other auto body shops? We are HONEST!! We repair the car properly without using shortcuts!All of our technicians are ICAR and ASE certified and each hold at least 15 years experience. We only employ quality technicians. We are also a NAPA Collision Center, which gives you additional piece of mind warranties.
What if the body shop finds more damage once they take the car apart? No problem, this is called a supplement. Every appraiser is required to reinspect damaged vehicles when requested by an auto body shop. You are not responsible for the additional damage found. The insurance company pays for all repairs.
How long will repairs take? A good body shop will take the time to do the job right. Sometimes we may encounter delays when necessary parts are not available locally. Expect an estimate when the work will be completed, but not a promise.
I've gotten several estimates, why do they all differ in price? This is common; a lower estimate may not include all necessary work. If you're not sure what the difference is, just ask us. Do not be pressured into having work done by a shop simply because of a lower price.
Will my paint match? We have state of the art computerized mixing systems that will guarantee your satisfaction. We also use the best paint available on the market today.
